How much does it cost to hire a DJ in Manchester?
Every event is different, so we tailor each quote to your date, venue, length of coverage and any extras like Dhol players or a saxophonist. Get in touch for a free, no-obligation quote — we usually reply within 24 hours.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Manchester and cover the whole of the North West, the full UK and Europe — including Liverpool, Leeds, Yorkshire, Birmingham, London and Malta. Travel is factored into your quote.
What music do you play?
We specialise in Dance, Hip Hop, R&B, Bhangra, Bollywood, Afrobeat, Amapiano, Funky House and Pop. Every set is built around your crowd, and requests are always welcome on the night.
Do you DJ English, Afro, Asian and Punjabi weddings?
Yes — English weddings, Afro weddings and Asian & Punjabi weddings are all our speciality. From chart hits, R&B and dance anthems at an English wedding, to Afrobeat and Amapiano for an Afro wedding, to Bhangra and Bollywood for an Asian or Punjabi celebration — we blend cultures and generations on the dancefloor, and we can add live Dhol players or a saxophonist for the full experience.
Can we choose our own music and first dance?
Absolutely. We plan key moments like your first dance with you in advance, and you're welcome to send us a must-play list (and a do-not-play list!) before the event.
Can we add a Dhol player or saxophonist?
Yes — Dhol players and our DJ + Saxophone package are popular add-ons for weddings and parties. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll include it in your quote.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes — we bring a full professional sound system and dancefloor lighting, and setup and pack-down are included in every booking.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak Saturdays and summer dates book up months ahead, so the earlier the better. That said, it's always worth asking — we sometimes have last-minute availability.
Do you do evening-reception-only hire?
Yes — many couples book us just for the evening reception. We also offer full-day wedding coverage if you want music from the ceremony onwards.
