- Are you available on our date, and is the date held once we book?
- What's included — sound system, lighting, microphone for speeches?
- Do you carry backup equipment?
- Can we send a must-play and do-not-play list?
- Do you take requests from guests on the night?
- Can you handle mixed music — English, Asian, Afro and more?
- How long does setup take, and when will you arrive?
- Do you have public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment? (many venues ask)
- Do you travel to our venue, and are travel costs included?
- Can you add extras like Dhol players or a saxophonist?
